Return & Refund Policy

At Texture Foods, we take great care in ensuring every order meets our high standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is an error with your order.
Incorrect or Missing items
If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shop@texturefoods.ca. To process your claim efficiently, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund only if the product is unopened and returned to us in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a mistake was made on our end.
